Position Overview:


The primary objective of this role is to ensure customer satisfaction, enabling NuVantage to retain its existing clientele while also expanding its customer base.

The incumbent will be responsible for delivering customer support, conducting training sessions for clients and providers, managing client services, overseeing accounts receivable, facilitating contract renewals, driving business development, and handling provider contracting for NuVantage.


Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience and familiarity with workplace-based services are preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Ability to assess options and make informed decisions based on sound judgment.
