Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; a degree in a business-related field is preferred.
- Completion of a Management Training Program or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years in retail banking.
- At least 1 year of experience in lending.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and inspire others.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Capacity to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

- Ability to coordinate actions with team members effectively.
