Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years in retail banking.
  • At least 1 year of experience in lending.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and inspire others.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capacity to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
