As a Commercial Cleaning Area Manager with Office Pride, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our commercial cleaning services in the East End area. This is a key role within the company, offering opportunities for advancement upon demonstrated performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of Team Leads and/or Front Line Employees to ensure that cleaning specifications are met, and work is completed on-time and within budget.
- Hire and train new employees to ensure a skilled and efficient team.
- Conduct site inspections and develop follow-up plans to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage labor budgets and develop strategies to stay within budget.
- Implement and manage time-keeping systems to ensure accurate payroll and scheduling.
- Schedule workloads for new and existing accounts, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with the Operations Management team to provide exceptional customer service and meet business objectives.
- Assist in building the management team as needed, under the direction of Senior Management.
- Prepare and submit nightly reports detailing time, activities, and tasks performed.
- Attend weekly staff meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and plan for future growth.
- Perform other duties as required to ensure the success of the business.
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
- 1 year of management experience.
