Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a New Home Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through the home building process, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers through the home building process
  • Use marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness and generate sales leads
  • Participate in recurring sales training and collaborate with the local sales team to meet sales goals
  • Manage model homes and sales offices, maintaining a high level of appearance and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite
  • A real estate license is not required, but it is preferred
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required
  • Bilingual skills are highly preferred
