About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Land Surveyor to lead our survey team at Pendulum Staffing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing survey projects, managing budgets, and ensuring the successful completion of projects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform construction stake out and calculations, boundary, ALTA, and topo surveys
  • Coordinate project requirements with team members
  • Manage survey projects, maintain project budgets
  • Prepare preliminary and final plats, legal descriptions, exhibits
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in land surveying
  • Professional Survey Licensure required or the ability to obtain licensure within six months
  • Proficiency with GPS and Total Station
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Ability to manage/direct field crew
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask with respect to projects, CAD/computer standards, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Explorer, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Possess organizational and communication skills
