Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and assess site plans

  • Oversee activities of the design team
  • Manage public bidding processes
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies
  • Assess septic systems and soil conditions
Requirements for Success:
  • 8-10 years of experience in municipal, site, or civil land development
  • Proficient in providing witness services
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineering license in New Jersey is mandatory
  • Pennsylvania PE license is advantageous
  • NJ CME certification is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of land use regulations and standards
  • Skilled in site grading design and stormwater management
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D software
