We are currently searching for a skilled Professional Land Surveyor to contribute to our team's success in delivering accurate and precise fieldwork and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineers and land survey staff on civil and site development projects, including streets, highways, airports, and railroads.
  • Manage and direct field crew activities, ensuring efficient and safe work practices.
  • Review boundary research and field surveys, including route and property surveys, and ALTA/NSPS surveys.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of computer-aided drafting principles and practices.
  • Understanding of civil engineering principles, construction specifications, and regulations.
  • Ability to manage office functions economically and efficiently, prioritize tasks, and maintain effective communication with staff and clients.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a 300-mile radius.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor in Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan, or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months.
  • 3+ years of experience in land surveying.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to travel to various project sites and navigate construction areas.
  • Capacity to work outdoors under various field conditions.

Compensation:

Salary and hourly wages are based on experience.
