  • Coordinate with contractors for specialized maintenance tasks, obtaining necessary bids and approvals.
  • Adhere to budgetary constraints and purchasing procedures as outlined by the company.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and warranty information.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and innovative repair methods.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Complete and submit monthly preventative maintenance reports.
  • Monitor and manage compliance with operational programs related to hazardous materials.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for compliance with all operational standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
