Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Lead Dispatcher to manage dispatch and scheduling for all three of our brands in a unified call center. You'll coordinate technician activities, manage the master schedule, and ensure efficient job completion across the brands. Experience with Service Titan is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and dispatch technicians for Crown Restoration, 1-Tom-Plumber, and Prenviro
  • Manage the master schedule and optimize technician routes for efficient job completion
  • Communicate with technicians and clients to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Monitor job progress and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance and quality control
  • Assist with scheduling and ensure prompt response to urgent situations, such as emergency repairs or equipment failures
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple schedules and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with technicians, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Previous experience in dispatch, scheduling, or logistics, preferably in a service-based industry
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
  • Experience with Service Titan software is required, and knowledge of the restoration or construction industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a bonus
