Job Summary

Campbell Tractor & Implement Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Ag Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to our customers in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment and technology
  • Conduct field service calls to diagnose and repair equipment issues
  • Maintain accurate inventory of parts and supplies on service vehicles
  • Mentor and train junior technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Identify and communicate solutions for customer service opportunities and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Accountable for accurate and timely documentation of work performed and submission of reports
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques
  • Operate and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in agricultural equipment repair and maintenance
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting performance metrics and exceeding customer expectations
  • Experience working with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in agricultural equipment
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
