  • Provide outstanding sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Establish strong connections with wholesale and retail clients.
  • Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain records of work orders and product formulas.
  • Prepare and retrieve products for customers.
  • Mix and tint products according to customer specifications.
  • Organize store displays and ensure equipment cleanliness.
  • Assist with inventory management and deliveries.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and provide informed guidance to customers.
  • Adhere to inventory control procedures and propose strategies for sales enhancement.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid Driver's License.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Prior experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with paint and tinting equipment.
