Position Summary
We are seeking skilled caregivers to assist clients with their daily living activities. The role includes a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the quality of life for our clients. Candidates with a Home Health Aide license, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation are highly preferred. Flexibility to work various shifts is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to client needs.
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Help clients with mobility and transportation as needed.
  • Document services provided during each shift in accordance with agency policies.
  • Report any changes in client condition to the supervising nurse.

Qualifications
  • Current Home Health Aide certification.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Physical capability to assist clients with mobility.
  • Passion for working with elderly and disabled individuals.
