Position Summary
We are seeking experienced caregivers to assist clients with a variety of essential daily activities. Our caregivers play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering services such as personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and laundry. Candidates with a valid CNA license, a driver's license, and reliable transportation are highly preferred. Flexibility to work any day and shift is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Support clients with mobility and ambulation, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to client preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive atmosphere.
  • Document all services provided during each shift in accordance with agency policies.
  • Report any unusual physical or behavioral changes to the supervisor.
  • Assist with medication management as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and case conferences to enhance caregiving skills.

Qualifications
  • Current Home Health Aide license.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Physical capability to lift and transfer clients safely.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for working with elderly and disabled individuals.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and healthcare professionals.
