Job Description:Element Staffing is in search of Quality Control Laboratory Technicians to support our clients in the Charlotte, NC area. In this capacity, laboratory technicians will play a vital role in production by performing a variety of analytical assessments within the quality control laboratory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and specialized analytical evaluations on various materials utilizing diverse methodologies
- Meticulously document test outcomes in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and assist in refining laboratory protocols
- Maintain detailed databases for effective record management and reporting
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments
- Collaborate with multiple departments to relay test results and progress updates
- Comply with the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards
- Assist with inventory oversight and general housekeeping duties
- Preference for candidates possessing mechanical aptitude
- Fulfill any additional responsibilities assigned by the laboratory manager
Additional Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5+ years in a relevant field
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent industry experience
