Job Summary:

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our team. As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of fuel handling and mechanical equipment at Charlotte International Airport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily and monthly inspections of fuel handling equipment
  • Conduct quality control checks on fuel samples
  • Perform routine maintenance on mechanical equipment
  • Monitor and inspect equipment to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
  • Conduct all work in a safe and efficient manner

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 12 months related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees

Working Conditions:

The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work in a team environment. The employee must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear, and taste or smell. The employee must also be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
