Job Title: Quality Control Laboratory Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Laboratory Technician to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting a variety of tests and checks to ensure the quality of our products, maintaining accurate records, and communicating results promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct chromatographic tests, styrene-butadiene ratio checks, surface tension tests, biological tests, and product blend assessments
  • Perform manual COA generation, truck dispatch coordination, and logistic paperwork distribution for deliveries
  • Participate in regular training assessments, maintain organized sample retains, and serve as the primary contact for drivers
Requirements:
  • Conduct chromatographic tests
  • Styrene-butadiene ratio checks
  • Surface tension tests
  • Biological tests
  • Product blend assessments
  • Manual COA generation
  • On-site truck dispatch
  • Data input and record maintenance
  • Weekly calibration checks on lab instruments
  • Clerical tasks for shipment release and communication
  • Test result interpretation
