Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Advisor to join our team. As an Automotive Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting our guests in purchasing and financing vehicles, maintaining monthly sales goals, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests in purchasing and financing vehicles
  • Maintain monthly sales goals
  • Utilize existing lead generation and advertising programs to ensure the appropriate quality and quantity of loan applications
  • Ensure a high level of customer service
  • Professionally greet new and existing customers in person and by phone, text, and email to determine their needs
  • Utilize social media to promote yourself and Easton Motors with images from new guest purchases, including testimonials
  • Maintain cleanliness of store and lot inventory and move vehicles on the lot to present a positive curb appeal for potential and existing customers
  • Detail, wash, and deliver vehicles to guests in a temperature-controlled and well-lit area (or outside weather permitting)
  • Handle the activities and interactions throughout the day with a positive mindset
  • Work with guests seeking financing in a discreet and responsible manner, assisting them to complete all aspects to acquire credit
  • Maintain knowledge of the entire inventory of Easton Motors vehicles, and work to match price and vehicle options with customer needs and budget
  • Assist other sales team members as they work to conduct the sales process with their guests
  • Work with the team to establish guest relationships and create a strong referral network
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage tasks and assignments
  • Ability to utilize office equipment and effectively navigate and utilize a computer and a variety of systems, including Microsoft programs
  • Train and mentor Sales Assistants and help them to develop their book of business as they work to become a Sales Associate
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • 3+ years of related work experience, such as customer service, sales, or retail industry
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years
  • Must be at least 21 years of age for insurability
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk dealership lot frequently and for periods of time
