Job Overview:

As an automotive technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with our team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively, and will be expected to continuously build your knowledge and skills as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair vehicles to the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Work closely with our team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
  • Continuously build your knowledge and skills as an automotive mechanic
  • Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
  • Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
Qualifications:
  • Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
  • 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
  • ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
  • Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
  • Meet or exceed hourly goals
  • Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
  • Professional appearance and strong communication
Physical Requirements:
  • Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
  • Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
  • Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
  • Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
  • Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
  • Drive manual transmissions vehicles
  • Efficiently navigate a computer
