About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Asphalt Sales and Estimation Professional to join our team at Hallman Asphalt & Sealing LLC. As an Estimator/Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to identify sales opportunities and grow our business.
  • Conduct site visits, gather information, and assess potential jobs to determine pricing, planning, and development of proposed bids.
  • Partner with our field team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and achieve project goals.
  • Research and analyze data on labor costs, materials, transportation, equipment, and production times to inform bid development.
  • Build relationships with key contractors, vendors, and suppliers to secure subcontractor and vendor quotes.
  • Attend marketing events and engage with potential vendors and clients to promote our services.
Requirements
  • Project management experience in asphalt maintenance is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet goals, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Earth.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
