We are in search of skilled Automotive Service Specialists who exhibit enthusiasm, positivity, and a commitment to excellence in customer service.
The ideal candidates will possess a strong drive to identify solutions to complex automotive issues while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently for our clientele.
- Continuously enhance skills as an automotive technician across a diverse array of domestic and international vehicles.
- Conduct thorough and honest vehicle inspections.
- Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Adhere to and advocate for our rigorous standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Engage closely with the service department to communicate customer issues effectively.
- Work in tandem with fellow technicians to troubleshoot problems, meet deadlines, and achieve outstanding results.
Qualifications:
- A positive demeanor and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service.
- ASE Certifications are preferred, or a commitment to obtain them.
- Proficient diagnostic skills across various vehicle makes and models.
- Ability to achieve a minimum of 40 flat rate hours weekly.
- Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
- Team-oriented with a readiness to assist others.
- Professional appearance and effective communication skills.
- A determination to succeed and a commitment to delivering quality repairs on the first attempt.
- A desire for long-term career growth.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds, work with tools overhead, navigate tight spaces, and possess the dexterity to use hand tools effectively. Must be able to stand or walk for the majority of the workday and operate manual transmission vehicles. Proficiency in navigating computer systems is essential. Candidates must provide their own tools and toolbox.
