ROLE OVERVIEW:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1-2 years of experience in high-end retail, with a preference for eyewear expertise.
  • A robust client portfolio.
  • A history of achieving success in a commission-driven sales environment.
  • Flexibility in scheduling.
  • A refined sense of style and an acute awareness of trends in the eyewear and fashion sectors.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a positive demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing opening and closing procedures.
  • Developing and nurturing a loyal client base.
  • Consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Assisting management with various operational tasks.
  • Providing styling assistance to clients through our comprehensive training program.
  • Exhibiting reliability, motivation, and a positive attitude as a team player.
  • Holding a valid optician license with 2-3 years of dispensing experience.

Dita stands as one of the few remaining major independent eyewear brands. Established in 1996, the brand has garnered a devoted following and is a sought-after accessory among celebrities, professional athletes, and fashion influencers.

With significant growth in recent years, Dita products are now available through over 2,000 retail partners globally, including some of the most prestigious optical shops, fashion boutiques, and department stores.

Currently, we operate four flagship locations in prime shopping areas, with plans to expand by opening at least ten additional stores in the near future.

With a workforce exceeding 120 employees across the United States, Europe, and Asia, Dita has also expanded its brand portfolio to six, with intentions to introduce more brands soon.
