Job Description

CALM is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to our team of therapists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapy services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide weekly individual clinical supervision to therapists
  • Support therapists in developing their clinical skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of therapy services delivered
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop and implement clinical programs and services
  • Participate in clinical meetings and trainings as required

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in clinical psychology, master's degree in social work, or master's degree in marriage and family therapy
  • Current California license and minimum of 2 years clinical experience post licensure required
  • Experience working with complex clinical issues surrounding children and families preferred
