Job Summary:

The School Services Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the School-Based Counseling Program, including staff supervision, program development, and budget administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical supervision, program management, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a team of clinical staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and documentation.
  • Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and budgets in collaboration with the School Services Program Manager and Clinical Director.
  • Provide clinical supervision to licensed clinicians, including individual and group supervision.
  • Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program implementation and service delivery.
  • Monitor program outcomes and make data-driven decisions to improve service delivery and program effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and agency policies.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology).
  • Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in program management, clinical supervision, and staff development.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
