Overview

Marian Regional Medical Center is a 191-bed facility located in California, recognized for its exceptional patient care and commitment to excellence. As a member of Dignity Health's Southwest Division, the medical center offers a comprehensive range of services, including emergency care, critical care, and women's health services.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other supervisors to support the hospital's role as a community health service provider.
  • Implement a unit Quality Management Program consistent with hospital-wide Performance Improvement Plan.
  • Provide quality services by ensuring staff are well-trained in the services to be provided.
  • Address and resolve unit issues, including problem resolution related to customer complaints and concerns.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of management experience in a healthcare setting, with sufficient background knowledge and expertise in clinical decision making.
  • Current California RN License required.
  • CPR certification, BLS.

Please note that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire.
