About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Lambda. As a key member of our San Francisco office, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the appearance of conference rooms and reception area, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for our guests and employees.
  • Process all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and supplies, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Procure departmental and general office supplies, including coffee and snacks, to maintain a comfortable and productive work environment.
  • Build positive working relationships across the company, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
  • Occasionally partner with Executive Assistants to support scheduling and administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Experience managing an office space, including supply procurement and mail management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and guests.
  • Resourceful and adaptable, with a forward-thinking mindset and ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of others.
About Lambda

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000-$100,000, based on market data and individual qualifications. Our benefits package includes generous cash and equity compensation, health, dental, and vision coverage, commuter stipends, and a 401k plan with a 2% company match.
