Human Resources Director

About this role:
As Human Resources Manager at ArchCare, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our elders and others who need extra help to stay healthy and live life to its fullest. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures at assigned programs in alignment with the overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Manage daily workflow of the HR Coordinators.
- Maintains compliance with Federal, State, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Nurture a positive working environment that yields high employee engagement.
- Assist with managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs to suggest ongoing development.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as HR Executive.
- Experience with labor unions.
- Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
Education:
Degree in Human Resources or related field
