Role Summary:

As an Administrative Support Specialist 3 / Program Associate, you will be responsible for executing a variety of administrative duties with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will be crucial in managing documentation, overseeing vendor relations, and facilitating contract preparation. You will also play a key role in developing operational procedures and conducting necessary research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform tasks with a high degree of independence
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in designated areas
  • Possibly supervise junior administrative staff
  • Access and retrieve information from various records and files
  • Manage financial transactions, including basic bookkeeping
  • Communicate effectively with both clients and colleagues
  • Ensure efficient management of administrative functions
  • Conduct research and compile reports as needed
  • Maintain organized filing, inventory, and database systems
  • Process documentation and transactions with accuracy
Essential Skills:
  1. Strong computer proficiency
  2. Ability to maintain accurate clerical records
  3. Expertise in managing filing and inventory systems
  4. Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and banking procedures
  5. Report preparation skills
  6. Familiarity with office machinery operation
