Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers with courteous and knowledgeable sales of spirits, wine, and beer.
  • Address and resolve customer service inquiries and issues effectively.
  • Utilize your expertise to guide customers in their product choices.
  • Support stockroom operations, including product tagging, organization, and general maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the beverage or hospitality sector is highly preferred.
  • A genuine interest in spirits along with some product knowledge is essential.
  • Ability to interact positively with customers and foster strong relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
  • Proficiency in basic IT applications, including Microsoft Word, and the ability to quickly learn new software (such as point of sale systems).
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
