Job Overview

Cask, a boutique spirits, wine, and beer retailer in the San Francisco Bay area, is seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales through product knowledge and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including spirits, wine, and beer.
  • Assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, ensuring that all customers feel welcome and valued.
Requirements
  • Experience in the beverage or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for spirits, wine, and beer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficiency with basic IT, including Microsoft Word and point-of-sale systems.
