Customer Experience Specialist

At Vuori, Inc., we're redefining what athletic apparel looks like. Our high-energy fast-paced retail environment is reflected in the clothes we make. As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you'll forge connections with customers while communicating Vuori's brand values through insightful product knowledge and a happy optimistic outlook.

Main Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience by:
  • Forge lasting relationships with customers
  • Work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best service possible
  • Greet customers in a timely, authentic and engaging manner
  • Prepare the fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest knowledgeable feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit


Be the Business

Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment by:
  • Achieving sales goals in a team-based commission environment
  • Seeking new product knowledge in the broader fashion landscape and active-wear specifically to serve as an expert for the customer
  • Assisting in the completion of projects while keeping the focus on customer experience
  • Communicating inventory needs to support the business goal


Operations

Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening, collaborate with management in areas of inventory management, and maintain a clean retail store environment by:
  • Ensuring the sales floor is stocked every evening
  • Collaborating with management in areas of inventory management
  • Ensuring the retail store is cleaned on a regular basis - including floors and bathroom
  • Understanding and executing cash control procedures including bank deposits, petty cash
  • Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of all merchandising/visual directives
  • Ensuring the selling floor is neat, clean, organized and reflects the correct visual image at all times
  • Identifying and communicating product concerns in a timely manner


Requirements

We're looking for individuals who are available to work nights, weekends and holidays, with strong organizational skills and follow through skills. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of ownership, accountability and initiative, and be eager to develop new skills and responsive to feedback.
