We're seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our team in Richmond, CA. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring standard operating procedures are sustained in the assembly process, ensuring assembly operations conform to general and mandatory specifications, and managing the implementation of new processes and procedures.

As a key member of our manufacturing team, you'll work closely with other plants to develop and implement standard operating procedures for all assembly and quality processes. You'll also be responsible for developing and implementing improved standard procedures through the lean process and tools, and training supervision and associates on newly introduced assembly procedures.

Requirements for this role include a BS in Engineering or a science/technical field, 2+ years' experience in Process/Manufacturing Engineering or Quality Assurance in a plant environment, and Six Sigma Green Belt training or certification. Process improvement knowledge in a manufacturing environment, such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc., is a plus.
