Medical Support Associate

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant Professional to join our team at McLaren Health Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Perform patient care interventions as delegated by the RN to identify and attain treatment goals.
- Deliver compassionate support, attention, and assistance to patients and families.
- Provide physical support for patients with daily activities and personal hygiene.
- Ensure compliance with all health care regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Formal education or training in a medical careers program, or enrollment in nursing school, or two or more years' experience in a Patient Care Associate/Nurse Assistant role.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross (ARC), or Canadian equivalent.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- One year prior work experience in a patient care environment.
- Previous geriatric psychiatric experience.
