We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to serve as the Assistant Director for Transfer and Adult Students. This position will play a critical role in the recruitment and enrollment of transfer and adult students, working closely with the admissions team to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract transfer and adult students
- Collaborate with the admissions team to identify and pursue prospective students
- Build and maintain relationships with community colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to promote transfer and adult student enrollment
- Develop and implement outreach programs to engage with transfer and adult students
- Monitor and analyze recruitment data to inform future strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Admissions, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, admissions, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
