As a Lead Risk Management Analyst, you will collaborate closely with Issue Owners and Risk Managers to serve as a vital Risk Partner, meticulously documenting and monitoring the remediation of risks and issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough root cause analyses to uncover underlying issues.
- Contribute to the enhancement of processes and digital transformation initiatives across all Enterprise Risk and Issue Management operations.
- Utilize dashboards for comprehensive issue analytics and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation and development of various management reports.
- Build and sustain robust relationships with business units.
- Engage with diverse business units to identify control deficiencies, weaknesses, and potential risks.
- Promptly notify Risk and Issue Managers of any potential escalations.
- Undertake additional duties and responsibilities specific to departmental functions as required.
