Position Overview: Our Northeast division is on the lookout for a Senior Marketing Executive to enhance our Marketing team based in Summit, NJ. This role will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and secure new and renewal business as designated by the SVP/CMO Marketing, focusing primarily on property placements.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with executive-level personnel at various carriers and wholesalers that HUB International Northeast currently collaborates with or aims to engage.
  • Participate in client-facing meetings as necessary, demonstrating a readiness to assist.
  • Contribute to the training and development of team members within the Marketing Department under the guidance of the SVP/CMO.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in sales, marketing training, and development with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience; familiarity with an active CRM system is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications is essential.
  • Willingness to learn various industry applications, including but not limited to AIR Modeling, MVRs, and Loss Picks.
  • Working knowledge of Property, General Liability, Automobile, Workers Compensation, and Umbrella coverages.
  • Familiarity with shared and layered placements as well as the London/Bermuda marketplace is a valued asset.
  • P&C license is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits: The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, influenced by factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, and work location, along with the specific business line, scope, and level of the position.
