POSITION SUMMARY
As an integral part of our hotel operations, the Event Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in various essential functions.

In our establishments, Event Operations Coordinators collaborate across departments (e.g., Guest Services, Engineering, Food & Beverage) to fulfill administrative requirements.

Whether it involves providing administrative assistance (e.g., preparing documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software), serving as the primary contact for clients and vendors, or acting as the intermediary between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event lifecycle (pre-event, event, post-event), our Event Operations Coordinators ensure seamless execution.

They are vital in maintaining efficient operations throughout the hotel.

Regardless of your role, certain elements are essential for success: fostering a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring professionalism in your uniform, personal appearance, and communications.

Develop and sustain positive working relationships with colleagues and departments, support the team in achieving common objectives, and attentively address the concerns of fellow employees.

Report any accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
