Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient and effective management of business operations, focusing on client retention, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive high performance within the organization as measured by company scorecards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships at all organizational levels.
- Identify and address client needs proactively.
- Communicate account progress and new initiatives to clients effectively.
- Conduct and analyze customer satisfaction surveys.
- Regularly visit client sites to ensure service excellence.
- Deliver corporate communications and priorities to regional teams and clients.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team within the region.
- Ensure all team members are aligned and effectively addressing client satisfaction issues.
- Monitor and manage budgets and forecasts accurately.
- Participate in the sales process, supporting proposal development and contract negotiations.
- Oversee audits across facilities, ensuring compliance with financial, sanitation, and human resources standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 12+ years of experience in Facility Services, including 10 years in management and 5-7 years in multi-unit management.
- Proven experience in personnel management, including hiring and succession planning.
- Strong multitasking abilities and focus in dynamic environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to interpret business records and statistical reports effectively.
- Strong background in hospitality and customer service.
