Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a manufacturing strategy that focuses on flexibility, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee the management of purchasing, procurement, scheduling, and logistics functions.
  • Manage the plant to meet customer demand by overseeing and optimizing operational performance to ensure the production of quality products, delivered on time and within budget.
  • Establish and manage daily KPIs to monitor operational performance in the areas of Safety, Quality, On-Time/Complete Shipping, and Productivity.
  • Lead efforts to improve gross margins by reducing material costs and boosting productivity, all while maintaining quality, safety, and meeting customer requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment, training, retention, and career development plans, including regular 1:1 meetings and performance reviews.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and maintain positive employee morale.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or related Engineering field.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing/management role.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing methods, i.e., lean manufacturing, demand flow, ERP, etc.
  • Proven track record for effective leadership.
