Key Responsibilities- Clinical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to our clinical team, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based care and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our clinical services, including staff supervision, performance management, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including clinicians, administrators, and leadership, as well as external partners, such as payers and referral sources.
- Education: Advanced graduate degree in a mental health field (MA/PhD/PsyD).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years postgraduate work experience as a psychotherapist, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
- Licensure: Current, valid license to practice psychotherapy in the state in which you are practicing/leading a region.
