About the Role

The Arizona Bankruptcy Court is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Case Administrator/Courtroom Services Specialist. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the court, ensuring the smooth operation of courtroom services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Coordinate with court staff, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient court operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to the public, attorneys, and court staff
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of court documents and materials
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or courtroom support role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
