Territory Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join Brave Health as a Provider Partnerships Business Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in advancing our mission by establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, specialists, and hospital discharge planners, to drive patient referrals. You will also develop and implement strategies for market expansion, leveraging your sales and business development expertise to identify new opportunities and grow existing partnerships.
As a successful candidate, you will have 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or partnerships, preferably within the healthcare or mental health industry. You will possess a proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:- Build and manage relationships with healthcare providers to drive patient referrals
- Develop and implement strategies for market expansion, including lead generation and continuous engagement with existing partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategic initiatives and optimize partnerships
- Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience
