Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Clinical Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for promoting our psychiatry portfolio and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales and a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Provide clinical knowledge and expertise to customers and internal teams
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Travel up to 30-40% domestically to meet with customers and internal personnel
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. life sciences, business)
  • At least 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Strong understanding of neuroscience and psychiatric diseases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $117,000 - $137,000 per year, plus a sales incentive target of $37,500. Additional benefits include flexible paid time off, health insurance, and a company match 401(k) plan.
