Role: Client Support Specialist III

  • Deliver outstanding client support through multiple communication channels
  • Effectively address client inquiries and challenges
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance operational procedures
  • Investigate and manage instances of fraudulent behavior
  • Maintain accurate client records
  • Adhere to organizational standards for quality interactions

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in client support
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capability to function effectively both in a team and independently
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Salary Information:

Minimum: $37,500.00/year

Maximum: $54,200.00/year
