We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Learning Execution and Relationship Manager. This is a strategic role that requires a deep understanding of the finance and banking industry, as well as excellent communication and diplomacy skills.
Key Responsibilities- Understand business and HR priorities and opportunities for capability building, performance improvement, cultural development, and overall impact within the region/product/function.
- Partner with Learning Advisors to provide management and consulting to Human Resource and business partners, and proactively identify and prioritize L&D opportunities to support successful business outcomes.
- Help develop and execute learning and development strategy for the region/product/function.
- Conduct analysis of current versus future state gaps, identify root causes, determine the appropriate solution, and measure success.
- Market, evaluate, and communicate the impact of initiatives with HR/Business partners.
- Monitor and communicate progress with other learning colleagues and HR/Business partners, and navigate any variation in expectations.
- Collaborate with colleagues across HR to provide an integrated experience for region/product/function partners.
- Implement strategy for consistently measuring the effectiveness of training in partnership with learning advisors.
- Stay abreast of latest external market trends and anticipate their impact on future capability requirements for the region/product/function.
- Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- 5-8+ years of experience leading or participating in projects and teams within the Learning/HR space.
- Finance/Banking industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
