Enterprise Customer Success Manager

Job Overview
">We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team at Ironclad, Inc. in San Francisco, CA, and remotely. In this role, you will partner with our largest global customers to drive adoption of our contract lifecycle management solution and ensure they maximize the value of their investment.

">The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of customer goals and desired outcomes, and will be able to align strategies to achieve measurable objectives and success metrics. You will utilize established Success plays to drive impactful results, monitor customer health, renewal timelines, and business goals to create joint strategies for success, and lead complex customer conversations to foster customer confidence and loyalty.

- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand their strategic priorities and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.">
- Develop and execute tailored engagement plans to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.">

- Provide expert guidance on maximizing platform functionality and identifying new use cases to ensure long-term value.">
- Stay up-to-date on product updates and enhance customer adoption by providing timely training and support.">
- ">
- Work closely with customers to establish clear goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).">
- Develop and implement customized success plans to drive customer satisfaction and growth.">
- ">
- Conduct regular executive business reviews to share outcomes, gather feedback, and refine strategies.">
- Prepare and present compelling reports to stakeholders to demonstrate customer value and ROI.">
- ">
- Identify opportunities to improve Success processes and elevate the Enterprise customer experience.">
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement process improvements.">
- ">
- Travel as needed (up to 20%) to meet with customers and attend industry events.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 8+ years of experience">
- ">
- In customer-facing roles, preferably with SaaS enterprise customers or fast-growing technology companies.">
- ">
- Presentation, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.">
- ">
- Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and legal operations processes.">
- ">
- Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics across Legal, Sales, Procurement, and IT teams.">
- ">
- Collaborative, goal-oriented, and focused on delivering results.">
- ">
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.">

Base Salary Range
">$125,000 - $155,000 per year, depending on individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and location.
">Location
">This position is based in San Francisco, CA, and can also be performed remotely. We are willing to consider candidates from other locations within the United States who are willing to travel occasionally.
