Leith Toyota of Raleigh is seeking a skilled Vehicle Exchange Specialist to join our team.

The Vehicle Exchange department is a unique program designed to help service customers upgrade to a new vehicle, often with a similar budget to their current one.


Key Responsibilities:


As a Vehicle Exchange Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in the service department, either in person or through phone calls, texts, or emails.


Your primary goal will be to provide customers with information about the benefits of upgrading to a new vehicle, and to build rapport with them to grow the sales department.


To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Additional requirements include:

  • Effective communication with customers to generate new leads
  • Ability to build rapport with customers quickly and professionally
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
