The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in the success of our projects at Kitchen Cabinet Distributors. As the gatekeeper, you will provide project management support to all stakeholders in the Project/Builder Channel sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely updates to project case files in our Net Suite database, maintaining data integrity and stakeholder visibility.
  • Enter information related to large projects into the database, facilitating seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with project internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
  • Maintain regular touch points with project stakeholders to move projects forward, recording all project updates.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, and procurement teams to determine project viability and present findings to the sales team and customer.
  • Manage phased projects, addressing changes as needed in an expedited manner.
  • Oversee projects through completion, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Document current large projects processes and identify areas for improvement to streamline the overall project process.
  • Respond to intake requests from the external sales team, providing necessary answers and assets.
  • Develop and deploy KPI metrics, supporting the communication of results to various departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience is highly desirable.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to decipher ambiguous information and define missing details.
  • Net Suite knowledge is a plus, as is MS Office Suite proficiency, particularly in Excel.
  • Able to make calculated decisions on the fly, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maintains composure and professionalism under pressure and tight timelines.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced analytical skills to effectively produce reports related to project schedule and progress, cost tracking, and process management.
  • Proven organizational skills, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • A self-starter with the ability to find creative solutions to communicate and pull key project data from customers and stakeholders.
