Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing or cost accounting is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is typically required.
  • Demonstrated advanced functional and technical skills, along with basic management capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of finance functions and Flex's business operations.
  • Understanding of various functional technologies and processes relevant to the site.
