Medical Technologist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Technologist to join our team at MultiCare Health System, Inc. As a Medical Technologist, you will play a critical role in performing patient analytic laboratory testing, quality control, data analysis, results reporting, instrument maintenance, and technical problem resolution.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and identify patient specimens
  • Determine specimen suitability for testing
  • Prepare reagents and perform instrument maintenance and calibration
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Sciences
  • Certification or registry eligibility for Medical Technologist, MLS (ASCP), or MT (ASCP), or AMT
  • Current Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist (MA-P) certification or Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist eligible (if duties will include phlebotomy)

Pay and Benefits:

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. Our pay scale is $57.38 USD, influenced by factors such as skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
