Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
- Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments.
- Progress Analysis: Analyze project progress and adapt scope, timelines, and costs as needed to ensure the project team adheres to project requirements.
- Client Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
- Process Management: Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects.
- Partnerships: Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and researchers.
- Resource Allocation: Monitor and assign resources to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.
- Reporting: Report project outcomes and/or risks to the VP of Field Services as needed, escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with power companies and contractors to provide AC power to tower sites, and with fiber providers and contractors to provide Fiber Optic to sites.
- Vendor Management: Work closely with vendors and suppliers to price equipment and guarantee timely delivery for projects.
- Network Engineering: Work closely with network engineering to have network drawings created for projects.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform all other duties as assigned.
